Computational biology · games · artificial life
I'm a computational biologist. I build probabilistic models of molecular evolution, and software for web genomics. On the side, I build small games and artificial-life toys that run on similar ideas: stochastic processes, cellular automata, and formal grammars.
Here's a gallery of some of my side projects and ideas. Some are entirely vibe-coded, others hand-built. Most are unfinished prototypes. I've thrown in a few links to a few substantially more-polished projects, as well, typically involving larger teams and collaborations I've been part of.
